·   Loosen the Ergonomic Handle by turning each black twist knob to the right

·  Extend each shaft to your desired length and tighten by twisting the black knobs to the left.

·  Pick up ball(s)

·  Untighten by turning to the right, slide in the shafts, and tighten again by turning to the left.
