WARANTY DESCRIPTION

The Water Weasel Golf Ball retriever is covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects in construction, joints, or locking mechanisms.

  • Breakage of the shaft or head caused by normal use in retrieving golf balls from the water.

  • Malfunctions of the telescoping extension system.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic fading.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage.

  • Damage caused by attempts to retrieve items other than golf balls.

  • Modifications or repairs are performed by anyone other than the manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

  • Incidental or consequential damage, including, but not limited to, golf balls or accessories.

Warranty Claim Process:  To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

1.  Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. A description of the defect with photographs.

3. Send an email describing the defective product with photographs to info@waterweaselretriever.com
